Tea Profile: Gentle and refreshing aroma with a smooth minty, light, crisp flavor.

Ingredients: Organic chamomile flowers, organic peppermint leaf, organic spearmint leaf, organic lavender flowers, organic lemon verbena,  organic rose petals, organic hemp flower,  organic MCT oil powder.

Brewing Instruction:

Hot Brew: Boil 24 ounces of water and steep for 3-5 minutes

Cold Brew: Infuse in 24 ounces of ice-water for 10-15 minutes

The single tea bag will give you 3 - 8 oz cups of tea (24 ounces).
